How It Works

Create the meal plan you need for up to six days, three meals a day and snacks.

Add the number of people in your group. Once selected, the chosen recipes will configure to your proportions and become part of your digital package.

Next, you will receive a comprehensive shopping list that will allow you to de-select or add items, reconfigure, and download as a PDF. You can shop for your supplies yourself or email a local grocery provider for easy pickup or delivery.
